Exercise and Diet
Many Acne Medicines and Skin Care Products will say that "It is not proven
that your Diet can affect your skin.” Diet doesn't affect your skin
directly, but it does affect your hormones to act, which will cause acne. If
you take it into consideration, scientists haven't even proven yet what
causes acne. They just have theories about it.
Exercise is critical for your skin. When you exercise and sweat, you sweat
out salt, water, and certain toxins out of your body. These toxins are the
same ones that affect your skin and cause acne to pop up. After exercising,
wash your face and get rid of any dirt, salt, and toxins that are on your
face after exercising.
