Olive Oil Skincare

Olive is not only a good moisturizer, but it is great for acne. If you have red spots and you need to get rid of them quickly Olive Oil is a life saver. When applying Olive Oil to your skin, apply in VERY SMALL Quantities. Besides the fact that Olive Oil may feel awkward on your skin if you apply too much of it, you skin will be too oily. I recommend applying in the morning and at least an hour before you go to bed.

After you start using this method for a couple weeks, you will notice your skin will naturally be less oily when you don't apply Olive Oil. The reasoning behind this is your body will get used to all the extra oil and will release less oil which will result in less acne. Any kind of Olive Oil can be used for this method. Remember do not apply too much and you should be fine. At first this method will feel awkward to your skin, but once you get used to it, it should feel natural.
